Soup Time!

Nothing says it is Fall like big bowls of homemade soup! It fills the tummy with warm hugs! Tonight Amelia made Roasted Tomato Bisque.

Fresh picked Basil from the garden  

Homemade vegetable stock with caramelized onions 

Freshly picked tomatoes and garlic - roasted to perfection  

Into the vegetable stock they go!  

A quick puree ..... 

Ready!
