Quilt Top Y Acres Studio

 Always Amelia is busy working on completing the Quilt of Love and I have been in and out of the Studio assisting when I can. Our goal this week is to get the completed quilt top loaded onto the quilting machine so Amelia can quilt it. We are trying to squeeze in whatever time we have left in the day to get this beautiful quilt back to its family.

Hi Mama! Do you need help with the borders?

I know! I will help grandma with the batting while my Mom sews!

Bluebird of Happiness

Mr. Yesteryear Acres is always making friends with forest creatures and woodland creatures and all kinds of birds.  Animals just love him!

Mommy Recess

 Ruby Lou's Double Doodle puppies are doing great.  They are starting to play with one another and are having the very best time.  This gives Ms. Ruby a little more time for fun play sessions.

Ruby Golden Caramel

 Ruby's Double Doodle Puppies are doing great.  They started solid food and are licking their bowls clean!  This week we work on going outside for recess and potty breaks.  They are learning so much!

We have two Caramel boys still available.

He loves cuddles and has the cutest little tail wagging of happiness

Side Projects Y Acres Studio

 In between assisting Always Amelia with the ongoing quilt projects, I finally am back to working on my quilted sweatshirt. I haven't made too much progress as it is a lower priority but I am loving what is happening so far!

I have one front panel complete!!!!!

Just have to quilt it to the sweatshirt piece and then onto the other front panel

I also made a cushioned purse strap for a travel wallet purse I own.

The strap is embedded with slash proof wires and it is SO scratchy!!!!

Ahhhhhhh so much better
