Early Morning brisket preparation
Into the smoker it goes
The heavenly aroma filled the air all day long
Even the cat wanted to know if we could eat yet
Dinner time!
Nice job on your first smoked brisket
The homemade rub was so delicious
and the brisket was melt in your mouth tender
Now we have 2 Master BBQ Chefs in the house!
