Apple of my Eye

It is Apple time!!!  It is a good thing too because we are officially out of peaches!  We need a new fruit in our kitchen so we can look forward to Apple Pie, Apple Crisp, Caramel Apples, Apple Fritters and Campfire Apples.  My son and I went to go pick a few bushels of apples when Mr. Yesteryear Acres decided to join us.  The picking was easy and the apples are delicious!  Can't wait for all the apple goodies!!!!
