Not exactly fireworks - but close

This year Mr. Yesteryear Acres and I are celebrating the 4th of July weekend alone.  We decided that the 2 of us should go out and see real fireworks and do the whole Independence Day celebration. We should not stay at home and have a normal Yesteryear Acres working day.  We should 100% celebrate the holiday!

Homemade Biscuits for breakfast......off to a good start!!!!

Oh No!  Not the mower!

Mr. Yesteryear Acres just has to test out the replacement rotary mower.  I mean he can't just let it sit there for a whole day!  

Temporary pause in mowing.  

Time to feed the fish.

Oh No!  Not the rototiller!

Sure....Sure........Just a few rows to tend to.

Not even homemade black raspberry crumble could get Mr. Yesteryear Acres back inside.

Well.....this is not exactly fireworks....but it is close.

Even though we didn't make it to the fireworks display, I wouldn't want to miss sharing a 4th of July sunset with you. As always, Yesteryear Acres has the best fireworks of all.
