Mango's Perfect Retirement Too

 Yesteryear Acres Mango is also living her best life in Northern Michigan.  Mango's PAWrents are best friends with Peaches PAWrents!

They get to hang out regularly which is awesome!

Mango loves her daily walks in the neighborhood and everyone says she is named well because she is as sweet as a Mango!

Mango's favorite activity is lying on the deck in the sunshine with her family.

Mango and Peaches always have a great time when they get together

Peaches Perfect Retirement

 Yesteryear Acres Peaches has been living her best life.  She has the sweetest family and just loves her life in Northern Michigan. We received the cutest pictures in the mail and a super long letter updating us on all the fun she has been having. 

Peaches family is dearly loved by her PAWrents

They say they haven't been this happy in a long time

Peaches gets 3 daily walks and looks forward to her afternoon reading time

Her fur mama reads out loud to Peaches while Peaches cuddles up and listens to the next chapter in their reading.

Summertime Do

 The Yesteryear Acres Doodle Doggies are all getting their summertime haircuts.  We have a pond and everyone loves to swim all summer long.  Short hair cuts are nice when you have pond-loving doodles.

Now we can have some splish splash fun

That sounds like a good summer plan Ruby!

91 Years

 Today is Mr. Yesteryear Acres Dad's 91st Birthday!!!!!

We all went to celebrate the big day. 

William (And Abigail) made a loaf of homemade bread

Hazel (and Amelia) made homemade Apple Pie

and we brought some homemade chocolate chip cookies too.

It was the first time we have all been together in a long time

We were very grateful for the time we shared 

Four generations

of birthday happiness!!!!

PURRfect Size Quilt

With our beautiful blue point Devon Rex kittens heading to their FURever homes this upcoming weekend, it was time to finish our kitten quilt order. 

We added one extra accent fabric to the bolts selected by our customer 

And then it was time to design! I liked this flow of fabrics best 

Rows all sewn together! 

Ready for borders 

She LOVES this blue 

And we did too! Ready for embroidery 

Jasper’s PURRfect quilt is underway

No going back now!

With a project like this, I’m glad for all the help I can get 

Binding made and at the ready

Time to load the quilt

And let’s get quilting!!!

The customer asked if Jasper’s Mama could spend some time on his quilt so he could bring the scent of his furry family to his new home
