We decided that tonight it would be fun to make Gnocchi for dinner. Mr. Yesteryear Acres provided the potatoes from his garden.....and then hid out in the living room while the gnocchi preparations began. He distinctly remembers the last time we made gnocchi and how many hours we spent in the kitchen. Tonight - it was a repeat of that event. Did it take hours and hours.....yes. Yes it did.
