Anyone who knows me knows that chips and salsa are WAY up there in my favorite things to eat. The ultimate in salsa is fresh salsa verde. Gosh I love it so much! Fresh squeezed lime, fresh picked cilantro, fresh picked tomatillos and jalapeño peppers. It is heaven on a chip!!!

Might as well make one batch of roasted salsa verde plus.....
one huge batch of fresh salsa verde!
Since I made several quarts - looks like I will enjoy salsa verde on a black bean & sweet corn freshly made tortilla! Delicious!
