Beau Happy!

 Sweet Apples Collar Boy went home last weekend with his new PAWrents.

He has settled in nicely and is already learning so much.

His name is Beau 

and he is already walking on a leash and knows how to sit.

It looks like the only thing left to learn is how to find his bed LOL!!!!!!

Tiny Love

 Miss Carnation Collar Girl is the other Doodle Puppy that is staying at Yesteryear Acres an additional week.  Her PAWrents are coming this weekend to pick her up.  Until then, Miss Carnation has been filling every day with tiny love.

Home Sweet Home

 Our sweet Doodle Puppies said goodbye to Yesteryear Acres and headed to their new homes.  We had puppies traveling far and wide.

I think they are pretty happy about being home sweet home!!!

Father's Day of Rest

Mr. Yesteryear Acres has always dreamed of a day of rest.  A day off.  A day to just relax at home.  I believe in our almost 40 years of marriage he may have taken a half of a day off but that's about it. Today that will change. Today is the day.  On this Father's Day. . . 

Mr. Yesteryear Acres dream of resting WILL come true.

Mr. Yesteryear Acres second knee has been replaced!!!

AND for a bonus Father's Day present, he got his other knee manipulated while he was under anesthesia. 

Just look at all this rest and relaxation!

His doctor prescribed daily use of the CPM - Continuous Passive Movement machine as his right knee had significant adhesions after the replacement.

Four hours a day on the right knee (which was replaced 7 weeks ago)

AND

One hour a day on the brand new left knee.

Don't worry - you'll be back in your tractor seat before you know it!
