Blackstrap Molasses is full of nutritional benefits and is quite good for you.
I am sure there are a multitude of ways to consume blackstrap molasses but I find good ole molasses oatmeal cookies to be the only way to ensure you enjoy that nutritional boost.
I mean you could just eat a spoonful of blackstrap molasses but....why?
Chewy warm oatmeal cookies from the oven are the way to go!
In fact they are so good, I consider them breakfast.

and obviously healthy way to start a day!
