Things have been very hectic at Yesteryear Acres the past few months. This Monday I made a commitment to start making the time to take a few moments to pause throughout the day. Time to breathe and reflect and try to slow down the non-stop ticking of the clock.
I don't want to miss the awe and wonder of each day. 
No more missing the sun setting over Yesteryear Acres
Sunsets are Mother Nature's reminder to slow down
and reflect on the beauty of the day
Taking time to say goodnight to Mother Earth
Thank you for this day
and thank you for my art-filled sky
