When its icy AND rainy, it is simply too cold to dilly dally outside! Our sweet Havanese puppies are doing GREAT with going outside to do their business quickly and then coming back inside for cuddles and snuggles. Cold weather is awesome for potty training...But as the rain persisted, there was simply only one thing to do to get the puppy sillies out....
