Once again, we found ourselves out of apples so it was time to make our final trip to the orchard for the year. All the apples had been picked for the season except for Granny Smith Apples. Being a red apple gal myself I am not the biggest fan of the tart green apples WITH the exception of the last Granny Smiths that cling to the tree and get a nice red blush. *Chef's Kiss* perfection.
With lofty goals of perfect blushing granny smith apples, I enlisted the very best of helpers
