Sandwich Perfection

I don't want to brag or anything but last night I made the perfect grilled sandwich.  That's right.  It was perfect.  I know this because both my daughter and my husband told me so as they happily devoured every bite. It was so good in fact - my sandwich needs a name!
Steps to the perfect sandwich....

Go to bountiful garden to harvest needed sandwich fixings

Make loaf of homemade buttermilk bread 

Roast Cherry Tomatoes and Vidalia Onions 

Thinly slice Gouda Cheese 

Roast Eggplant Slices

and then assemble and Grill

Voila!

Sandwich Perfection! 

Now what to call it?

Besides, "Can I have another!?"
