Everyone should learn how to make and manage sourdough bread at home before they go to preschool right? I mean this is an absolutely normal learning trajectory... Learn colors, shapes, learn how to spell and read your name, how to rhyme, learn how and bake sourdough, learn how to draw a picture with "people", and go to preschool. Yes? WHEW! I'm so glad you agree with me! My sweet Hazel Bea is ALMOST 3 (next month!!!!) and she LOVES doing sourdough with me.
From feeding and managing our starter(s)
To making our dough "babies"
Hazel is with me every step of the way! "Oh I like that picture Mommy!"
Every loaf is baked with love guaranteed!
And to think, we can keep this starter going and she can take some with her wherever she goes
Sniff Sniff.... It is always more than just 'bread' it is happiness, security, time spent together, and love!
