I Love it a Waffle Lot

 Did I KNOW I would be in my early thirties obsessed with making waffles like its my part time job? No, no I did not. But I am here, and making waffles instead of sleeping because the pure joy on my children's faces when I tell them the waffle of the day is. Just priceless. And honestly, I really love waffles too. I did not know this about myself, but I apparently find them significantly superior to pancakes. THERE. I went ahead and said it out loud! 

It just so happens that Thatcher received a waffle maker with interchangeable plates for his first birthday - YES he really loves waffles that much! And as his Mother and only parent, it is MY JOB to make him waffles with his waffle maker as he clearly cannot do so himself. And I just happened to purchase extra character plates to make said waffles because it turns out I LOVE IT A WAFFLE LOT! And I caaaaan't stop making waffles!

10/10 chocolate craving satisfied. I ended up adding white chocolate chips into the waffle maker as it cooked and they caramelized to perfection *Chefs Kiss*
