Near Coffee Calamity

This morning my younger daughter arrived for work slightly chilled.

What? A balmy 8* is not quite your cup of tea?

What about a cup of coffee?

That is when the near Coffee Calamity occurred.  The coffee jar was EMPTY!  Noooooooooooo!  This is a bonafide emergency!  Luckily Mr. Yesteryear Acres was on the case.  Mr. Yesteryear Acres has a secret blend of coffee beans.  We have to line up bowl after bowl after bowl in order for Mr. Yesteryear Acres to perfect his signature blend.

Beans from around the world. Mixed to perfection. 

I wasn't kidding about the sheer mass of coffee beans to blend! Thankfully, Mr. Yesteryear Acres was able to finish his big coffee bean project and in no time, the heavenly aroma of fresh brewed coffee filled the air. 

Calamity averted.  Life back to normal. 

Cold?  What cold!  I had DADDY COFFEE!
