Today Mr. Yesteryear Acres had his second hip replacement surgery. Since his last surgery was just 6 weeks ago, everyone still remembered us at the surgical center and we were welcomed back with lots of smiles. We hardly waited at all before Mr. Yesteryear Acres was whisked back into surgery.
One hour later Mr. Yesteryear Acres was back in recovery with a second brand new hip!!! The surgeon said this side was much better than the first and the operation went smoothly with no complications.
We were home before dark and Mr. Yesteryear Acres didn't even need help getting out of the car!!!!
