What's For Dinner?

We had a super busy day and when I stopped to look at my watch, it was already 5:30pm. I realized that I had no idea what I was making for dinner. Only one thing to do!

Walk back to the Yesteryear Acres Garden with my doggie to find inspiration 

It appears as though it is eggplant night! 

Lot of eggplant!

I think we will have Roasted Eggplant with Black Sesame Oil over Udon Noodles. 

And tomorrow.....
