Today was a super busy day. We had Blue's Puppy Visit Day with families here all day playing with Blue's Double Doodle puppies. I am not sure who had more fun - the families or the puppies! A great time was had by all and now the puppies are tuckered out and are sound asleep. They had a blast! Tonight we celebrated my birthday dinner with fresh sweet corn from the garden!
This haul should just about feed me!
Sweet Corn makes for a perfect dinner.... I ate 10 ears - tied with Mr. Yesteryear Acres! I am pretty sure we could have eaten an even dozen but......
We had to save room for the cake!
Mmmmm! Corn and Cake - perfect combo!
