Chips and Salsa are WAY up there in the things I like best. I probably could eat them every day of my life and never tire of them. Today began the official start of homemade salsa season! Happiness abounds!!!

I have to say cutting the corn from the cob is my least favorite part
but definitely so worth it!!!!
Time to add several cups of fresh chopped tomatoes
and the Salsa spices!
3 quarts of Yesteryear Acres Corn and Tomato Salsa done!
Seems like the perfect amount for me ...
I wonder what everyone else will eat for lunch?!
