Midweek Mindfulness

 It is always a good idea to take a pause- whether it be everyday, once a week, or if you are really good, a few times a day- to check in with yourself and see how things are going. To provide a little midweek mindfulness motivation, here are some Yesteryear Acres "ahhhh moments"
The sun is starting to set, it is time to take a PAWs
And take a deep breath in
Hold it for a few seconds
And release... letting go all your wandering thoughts 
And keep your mind on the here and now

Time to check in with yourself, and your loved ones if they want to participate too!
How are we doing on this lovely day?
What things can we control and change, and what things must we let go of?
Quieting the mind and being in the moment is no easy task
It is always best to bring a friend, or two
Being mindful with you is one of my favorite things to do!
