All Coming Together

The plans for our Memorial Day Weekend festivities are all coming together.  I ran out this morning to get the remaining supplies needed for our homemade ice cream fest and Mr. Yesteryear Acres has the campfire ready for tonight's grilling feast. I think we are ready!

The Rowboat is in and the dock ladder has been painted.  The Doodle doggies are waiting to help install the ladder.  That is very important work!

My son is busy getting the garden ready for planting.

Thankfully the Doodle Doggies are also good at gardening and obviously ready to help!

He has a way to go before he gets everything tilled and ready for us to plant our 100+ tomato plants.

Meanwhile back in the kitchen....

Homemade Chocolate Chip cookies happened.

And then

Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream happened.

And then

Ice Cream Cookies happened!!!

Mmmmmm!

Homemade rolls are rising in the oven.

AND homemade banana toffee ice cream ready for tonight!

Looks like no one will go hungry here.

Can't wait!
