Mr. Yesteryear Acres and I have long overdue doctor appointments tomorrow morning. We are going in for our "yearly" (or rather we should have gone for the past 4 years) physicals. We are having blood work done and we had to start fasting tonight at 7pm. ACK! NO FOOD! NO ICE CREAM! How will we survive? Well to make sure we got extra gold stars and an extra AWESOME medical report, we made a big fresh batch of Pho with lots of fresh veggies for dinner tonight. A special thanks to our daughter Abigail for the inspiration!!!
