T'was the day after the day after Christmas and all through the house...
Not a doodle was stirring...
Not even a Mouser
The stockings were emptied and hung back up by the fire
And everyone was searching for a quilt to snuggle up on and retire
The doodles burrowed together on their beds
With visions of their Christmas gifts dancing in their heads...
