National Clean Your Refrigeration Day

 Unbeknownst to me, today was National Clean Out Your Refrigerator Day. I didn't know such a holiday existed! Here at Yesteryear Acres every Thursday is clean out your refrigerator day.  It is otherwise known as Leftover Day because the next morning our trash is collected. 

I guess it is time to double down on this celebration.

Let's see: Vegetable Ramen Soup, Butternut Squash & Pomegranate Orzo, Roasted Chicken, Rice, Beets, and Toasted Sourdough Bread

Looks like dinner will be delicious!

And the refrigerator looks lovely too
