Do you ever just wake up and think "Ughhhhh Wednesday". And it isn't fair to Wednesday because it truly did nothing wrong, it just so happens to be the middle of the week and I feel extra tired and so I BLAME the day of the week. It is so much easier than looking internally for the root cause of exhaustion amiright!?! So if you woke up like me and thought "UGH Wednesday", don't fret! It turns out I have the cure!!
