The wedding food is coming along nicely. We have been busy busy busy!
I think I have pulled more pork than I have ever pulled!
Tray after tray comes out of the oven and the shredding begins
I think we have 50lbs of pulled pork ready so what could be next????
A great big stock pot of homemade Barbecue Sauce!
This will be simmering all night.
AND now we are ready for the next cooking project!!!
