Hang in there Little Fishies!

Our winter has been particularly grey and dreary so it is very important that we keep a section of our pond clear so that our fishies make it through the winter.  Every day we pour water onto a section of the pond to maintain a clear patch of ice.  That way the sunlight can penetrate through the thick ice and allow photosynthesis from the plants below. The fishies need that oxygen!
