Thankful for the Harvest - Day 23
We are very thankful to have a bountiful harvest from our garden which we enjoy all year round. Keeping the garden going all summer long is a lot of hard work but the rewards are always worth it. Beets, sweet corn, green beans, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant - we have tons of fresh veggies to hold us over through the winter. Yesterday we were able to dig up the rest of our potatoes from the garden.
