Now that's a Dinner!!!!

Our tomatoes are finally ready to pick!  We have waited all summer long for our tomato crop to ripen.  We have lots of canning to do and we are usually well into the canning process by Labor Day weekend.  Even though our tomatoes are a little behind schedule, the wait is worth it.

We hope to have enough tomatoes so we get our yearly quota of 104 quarts of tomatoes canned by the end of September.

Our Yukon Gold Potatoes were ready this morning too!!!!

We wasted no time in preparing a potato dish!
