Chefs of the Day

Mr. Yesteryear Acres and Abigail were the chefs of the day. Not only did that give me extra time in the YA Studio to create some awesome pieces, but it also filled my heart and tummy with happiness!  They are some of the best chefs around!

Butternut Squash Pasta with Spinach and Caramelized Pecans and Cranberries

And for dessert...creme brulee Sous Vide in canning jars!
