Gnocchi Delight!

Mr. Yesteryear Acres and I finally got to have our "Cooking for Two" dinner night.  We have been planning on making homemade gnocchi for a while now but we have been too busy to actually set aside the time. Well tonight was our gourmet night and we had so much fun making our dinner together.

We ended up filling a large cookie sheet full of homemade gnocchi.

I think we are ready for family sized batches next time

Our dinner was delicious!  Candlelight, Gnocchi and then of course homemade ice cream for dessert. Bon Appetit!
