Bagelicious

Our daughter Amelia has been working so hard here at Yesteryear Acres, we decided to give her a bonus. We signed her up for a cooking class. Now this may seem so incredibly sweet of us because she loves to cook but there is a very good chance we had an ulterior motive. Her surprise cooking class this morning was, "Bagels From Scratch" and we just happen to love bagels!  Coincidence?  I think not!  The gift of the class came with one contingency - make bagels for Yesteryear Acres!  The class was a success!!!!
