Tradition Continues

Each and every St. Patrick's day we have a delicious St. Paddy's day dinner with Mr. Yesteryear Acres parents. We started the tradition before we were even married and it always includes corned beef and cabbage and an awesome dessert.  Mr. Yesteryear Acres parents have always hosted us and now it is our turn to do the hosting. Yesterday Mr. Yesteryear Acres went out and got all the ingredients we needed for our St. Paddy's day feast and I had the corned beef on the stove by 10:00am this morning.  For dessert this year I decided to make Tapioca pudding because Mr. Yesteryear Acres mom loves Tapioca.  I made a giant pot of Tapioca and despite my longing, I refrained from adding green food coloring. Even though it wasn't green - it was still very yummy. Dinner was perfectly delicious and the company was even better.  Nothing like sharing a St. Paddy's day feast with those you love.
May your troubles be less
and your blessings be more
and nothing but happiness
come through your door
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
