Big Project Day

In what seems to be an unthinkable unfathomable unbelievable turn of events......the restoration project for our Master Bedroom is actually almost done!!!! I can't even believe it.  It has taken F O R E V E R.  Here at Yesteryear Acres we are all about our sweet doggies and our sweet puppies.  They always come first.  We accept that, we love that, we are devoted to that, but of course that means that a special project takes a million times longer than it does for most people. No matter what, every single time, without question or hesitation - the doggies come first.  Mr. Yesteryear Acres works so hard every day and is 100% devoted to our four-legged furry family members.  He usually doesn't sit down at night until way past 10:00pm.  He tries to put in 15-30 minutes every day working on restoring our bedroom back to its original 1823 glory, but it just is so painstakingly long and tedious and the million interruptions make it even more so.  Well today we are moving things in our ROOM! We have a helper here for the whole day so Mr. Yesteryear Acres and I are spending every second to make the Big Project Day a success!  We are working straight through the day (not even a dinner break!) and my guess is we will still be working into the wee hours of the morning. Tomorrow I will post lots of pictures and I will be sure to answer all my backlogged email.  This is SO exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
